We recommend up to 20 characters per collar. Specifically XS and S sizes are generally up to 20 characters, M sizes up to 30 characters while L and XL up to 35 characters. We recommend aiming to include as few characters as needed to highlight your pets important information.

To adjust the PawLight collar please use the easy adjust strap first. If this isn’t snug enough for your pet, pull out the light strip like the image below and carefully cut it with a scissor. Feel free to contact us at help@thepawlight.com if you have any questions.
